CAKE POPS - SOMETHING QUICK & SWEET
Cake pops are easy and fun ! There are many ways you can make a cake pop, by hand, a cake pop mold, or by using a cake pop machine. The fastest way is to use a machine. This method only takes the cake pops to cook in 5 minutes ! You can use any cake mix, and simply pour it into the machine. After baking dip the lollipop sticks into chocolate as a paste for the cake pop to hold using melted chocolate wafers or chocolate chips. Then stick the lollipop sticks into the chocolate only on the tips of the lollipop sticks into the cake pop. Let the chocolate harden for 5 minutes. After the chocolate hardens make sure you have at least 2 1/2 cups of chocolate to dip your cake pops into. Make sure your chocolate is melted at all times by using a chocolate melting pot. DO NOT TWIRL CAKE POPS in the chocolate !! Make sure there is enough chocolate melted so you can easily dip your cake pops in and out. Tap your wrist to get the remainder of the chocolate off ! After removing the cake pops from the melted chocolate quickly apply sprinkles or any decoration to your liking so it will stick!
